NEIGHBORHOOD: The Racquet Club community is located in the center of the highly desired Park Meadows neighborhood and is next door to Park City’s Municipal Athletic & Recreation Center (PC MARC), which is a state-of-the-art fitness center home to outdoor pools and tennis courts. Many of the Racquet Club units face the golf course and have beautiful mountain views. Park Meadows is a quiet community of winding lanes, meandering through horse property. Coveted by year-round residents for its proximity to Old Town, the community was initially master-planned in the 1970s and has expanded up along the hillsides where luxury estates offer expansive ski resort and valley views. APPLICATION: The application fee is $75. Each adult tenant must complete and submit an application. Application fees are nonrefundable. Applications must be submitted through our website (www.utah-). Applications submitted through third-party websites will not be considered. Applicants are judged on the same standards on a first-come/first-serve basis, one person or group at a time.
