Multiple grocery stores are within a 5-10 minute drive. No pets are allowed due to owner allergies, and booking guests will be charged an allergen cleaning fee of $500. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house, with a $500 fee for violations. Guests outside the reservation number are not permitted on the property; if admitted, a $125 per person fee per entrance will apply.
