Parking is available with one designated space per unit, and additional cars can park in unmarked spaces near the property building. Please note that no boats, trailers, or oversized vehicles may park in the community lots without prior approval from the Homeowner's Association. Pool access is available from 9 am to 11 pm, with rules regarding glass, pets, and children under 12 requiring a parent or guardian. Located in The Retreat at Glenn's Bay, this home is situated on a golf cart legal road with a 30 MPH speed limit. It's just a 2-minute drive to downtown Surfside with its eateries and nightlife, and approximately one mile further to the Surfside Pier, offering restaurants, shops, and public beach access with golf cart parking. Grocery stores are within a 10-minute drive, with Piggly Wiggly less than 1/4 mile away and accessible by golf cart. Quiet hours are observed from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. This is a non-smoking and no-pets property. Events are not allowed. Guests are required to run dishes through the dishwasher and put them away, pile towels in the bathrooms, leave bed sheets and pillows on beds, discard all food from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, discard all trash in the outside receptacle, turn off all lights and appliances, and set the A/C to 74 degrees. All doors and windows must be closed and locked upon departure. The code for entry will be provided 48 hours before check-in. Please run dishes through the dishwasher and put away, put towels in a pile in bathrooms, leave all bed sheets on beds along with pillows, discard ALL food from the refrigerator/freezer and cabinets, discard ALL trash in the outside receptacle, turn off all lights & appliances, and set A/C to 74 degrees.
