Overflow parking for up to 3 additional cars is available on Lava Tree Dr. Daytime parking is permitted in the Clubhouse parking lot, but overnight parking is not. A washer and dryer and Wi-Fi are provided for hassle-free stays. Pool and spa heating can be added for $35 per day of stay, requiring at least a week's notice. Pets are welcome with a written notification and host approval; this property allows one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified), and a pet fee is applied. Initial supplies include shampoo/conditioner, body wash, a single roll of toilet paper, and hand soap in each bathroom, enough detergent pods for up to two loads in the laundry room, and a paper towel roll, a couple of trash bags, dishwashing detergent, and sponge in the kitchen. A coffee maker, salt/pepper, and cooking oil are available, but coffee is not. Report missing items immediately upon check-in. Check-out time is 10 AM, and late check-outs may incur a fee of up to $300. Quiet hours are observed between 10 PM and 8 AM; be considerate of neighbors and keep excessive noise to a minimum outdoors during this time. During inclement weather, using the pool is not advised. After rain, small bugs may wash into the pool, and the pool may appear slightly discolored. Guests are encouraged to wipe shoes at the door and remove them indoors. Take out the trash and dispose of it properly upon departure. Report damages immediately.
