This villa sleeps 16+ and features 9 bedrooms, 14 beds, and 5 baths. Feel at home in this spacious villa. This villa features a private pool and hot tub, a game room, and two living areas. The full kitchen and indoor/outdoor dining provide flexibility for meals. Enjoy the convenience of Wi-Fi, a workspace, and a washer/dryer. The main family room includes a flat screen TV and comfortable seating. The large full kitchen is equipped for preparing meals, and includes a dining table, refrigerator, freezer, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate the set-up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. Located within the beautiful ChampionsGate community, this villa offers access to an array of amenities at The Retreat at ChampionsGate. Guests can enjoy a resort-style pool with water slide and cabanas, a lazy river, a tiki bar, a fitness center, a movie theater, a games room, playgrounds, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and golf facilities including an 18-hole golf course and driving range. The surrounding area provides easy access to dining, shopping, and Orlando’s major attractions. The resort is located within a gated community and secured by 24-hour security. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. A written notification from the guest and approval by the host is required to bring one house-trained dog (breed and weight must be specified). A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150 security deposit. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. Up to two cars may park side-to-side in the driveway in front of the garage. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. In the event you stay beyond the original scheduled check-out time of 10 AM, you may incur a fee of up to $300. Please note that in sunny Florida, with beautiful weather and greenery, come humidity and bugs. These elements are a natural and very common occurrence. The property is professionally sprayed for pests, but please remember to pack sunscreen and bug spray. The grill is a propane grill. Propane is provided by the guests. There is a propane tank in the house that can be taken to fill up and used during the stay. There is no guarantee the tank will be full upon arrival.
