Cabanas, volleyball courts, a fitness center, movie theater, playground, and extensive golf facilities—including an 18-hole course, driving range, putting green, and clubhouse—ensure endless options. A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. The available options depend on the length of your stay: For 1-Night Reservations, guests are required to provide a $500 refundable security deposit, which is a pre-authorized hold (not a charge) that is released following a damage-free inspection after checkout; For Reservations of 2 Nights or More, guests may choose between the $500 refundable security deposit or a non-refundable damage waiver of $20 per night (capped at a maximum of $100), which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear. The pool gets serviced weekly. After it rains, there may be some debris that wash into the pool, which may cause the water to appear slightly discolored. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed four per reservation. Up to three cars may park in the driveway, and one car may park on the street in front of the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes, and violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules.
