For relaxation and entertainment, enjoy the 7-person hot tub and an outdoor fire pit with a grill and string lights, perfect for evening bonfires. Pets are welcome with a flat fee of $125 for up to 2 dogs, with requests for a 3rd or 4th dog subject to approval and an additional $100. All pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay; undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund. No cats are allowed. The stunning hiking trails of Hocking Hills are also just minutes away. No parties are allowed, with zero exceptions. Any unauthorized gathering will result in immediate termination of the reservation without a refund, and will incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages. Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum when outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is allowed. Underage drinking or drug use, and unauthorized guests are strictly prohibited. Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces. Guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if the property is equipped with a grill, and will be reimbursed with a receipt; for charcoal grills, guests must bring their own charcoal.
