Nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood, this home offers a central location while being tucked away. It provides easy access to all the Binghamton area has to offer. Late check-outs before noon will incur a late check-out fee of $150, and any late check-out after noon will be charged $250. No pets are allowed due to owner allergies, and booking guests will be charged an allergen cleaning fee of $500. Smoking or vaping is not permitted in the house, with a $500 fee for violations.
