A second outdoor living space includes a fire pit, Adirondack seating, and a hammock overlooking Beaver Lake. The home is equipped with an EV charging station for your convenience. Extra linens and towels are provided during your stay, and the property is kid-friendly, offering a Pack 'n Play and children’s dinnerware. With 700 feet of lake shoreline, the home offers breathtaking panoramic views and direct access to all that Beaver Lake has to offer. Located just a 15-minute drive to Hobbs State Park, it's great for hiking and mountain biking. The property provides lake access via two marked trails and includes two kayaks available for guest use. Check-in is any time after 3:00 PM. This is a non-smoking home, and if you smoke in the home, you will be fined $1000 plus the cost of any smoke remediation necessary. No parties or events are allowed unless pre-arranged with the host, and an event fee has been paid. Unauthorized parties will incur a fine of $1000.
