This home features eight spacious bedrooms, five bathrooms, two living areas, a free washer and dryer, a private pool, a game room, a large full kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and spacious indoor and outdoor dining areas. The family room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and leather reclining couches. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you might need to make a big breakfast. If you would like to add pool and spa heating to your reservation, please let us know in advance, and we can coordinate to set that up for you. The cost for this amenity is $35 per day of stay, which will be invoiced separately. We kindly ask for at least a week's notice. A pet fee is applied and subject to up to $150. Travel is a breeze with close by transportation and proximity to both I-4 and 27 freeways. It is 12 minutes to Disney World, 22 minutes to Universal Studios, and 20 minutes to SeaWorld. There is absolutely no smoking and no drugs allowed inside the home or elsewhere on the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise, unless otherwise agreed upon in written form. The number of vehicles on the property should never exceed three per reservation. Up to two cars may park one behind the other in the driveway, and one car may park on the street in front of the home. Commercial vehicles, trailers, motorcycles, RVs, and similar vehicles are strictly prohibited anywhere in the community and are not eligible for parking passes. Violations may result in towing or fines per HOA rules. Be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 pm and before 8 am and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
