Not suited for a large family (couple, singles, small children are best). Horse space may be available for up to 2 horses for additional $150 per horse. Limited grazing is available. There is absolutely NO use or growing of marijuana on this property. Lease Summary: Pets and non-aggressive breed dogs may be allowed on a case-by-case basis depending on the type of pet. Pet deposit required. Constant barking dog(s) will not be allowed or tolerated due to the disruption to the owner, other Tenants living on the property, and the echo of barking dogs to surrounding neighbors. Tenant selection will be based upon background check, employment history, credit check, and an interview to ensure a good fit with the existing ranch residents. Selection is NOT based on first come, first served. Two applications will be required for every adult: One through Zillow and the second with Cherry Investment Properties.
