There is absolutely NO use or growing of marijuana on this property. If you are a weed smoker, drug user of any kind, DO NOT inquire. Monthly costs: 1. Rent: $1,500 2. Lease Summary: New tenants will be people used to living in the Country. New Tenants will be capable and self-sufficient or be able to coordinate repairs (if needed) by handymen or local services if they arise, this is because the landlord travels and could be away from the property for extended period of times.
