No feminine products, baby wipes, contraceptives, nor paper towels should be flushed at any time. If it is found that any of these items have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be held responsible for the cost of repair. Absolutely no smoking or vaping of any kind inside of the apartment. Absolutely no parties causing excessive noise.
