The main floor features an open-concept living room with a 75” TV, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area, a half bath, and access to the garage and backyard. The upper level features all four bedrooms with private bathrooms, a cozy secondary lounge, and a full laundry room for longer stays. Enjoy a small backyard ideal for fresh air and quiet moments. Community amenities include a resort-style pool with loungers, pickleball courts, a game room, and cornhole and outdoor ping pong. Parking is available for 2 cars in the driveway and 2 cars in the garage. Overflow parking is available in designated community lots. Zion National Park is approximately 39 miles away. Community amenities are just a short walk away, including walking paths and shared spaces. Daytime construction noise may be present nearby, approximately 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. No street parking is allowed. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises, and a $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet-friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet per day. Emotional support animals fall under this requirement as they do not have the same rights as service animals under the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). If the property is not pet-friendly, no animals are permitted at the property. Service animals are permitted at all properties at no extra cost, as they are protected under the ADA, as long as accommodations are reasonable. Guests are required to pick up after their animal and will be charged $10 per exterior location if not cleaned up by the guest. If animals defecate or urinate on the floors, the guest will be responsible for payment for professional carpet cleaning services. If animals cause damage to the property, the guest will be responsible for paying for any repairs or replacement. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM each night and continue until sunrise. Quiet hours consist of keeping all audio and noise levels at a minimum level out of respect for the surrounding residents. Moving furniture is not allowed, and a $500 fee will be assessed if the cleaners have to move furniture to reset the property for the next guest. Please note that the garage space is occasionally accessed by the ownership team for storage purposes. Guests may hear brief activity from the garage area at times. This access is separate from the home, and there is no interior access from the garage to the guest living spaces.
