Golf carts are a popular way to reach the beach and explore nearby areas. A personal vehicle is recommended for grocery runs, restaurants, and trips farther along the Bolivar Peninsula. Pets are allowed with a $179 pet fee and must be disclosed before arrival. Located in the gated Crystal Beach Estates, the beach is a convenient five-minute walk away. You'll be close to Crystal Beach restaurants, shops, and local attractions, while still enjoying a quieter place to return to. A waterway runs behind the home, offering opportunities for fishing and crabbing without leaving the backyard. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. No smoking or vaping inside the home; evidence of smoking will result in a $250 fine. The attic is strictly off-limits. Do not tamper with exterior security cameras, smoke detectors, or other safety equipment. Children must be supervised around stairs, decks, balconies, outdoor areas, and water.
