Bedroom 1, ideal for kids, includes two triple Twin bunk beds, a walk-in closet, a full-sized washer and dryer, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower. The second floor is the heart of the home, with a dining area seating 10-12, a fully equipped kitchen with a wine cooler, and a living area with a Smart TV and fireplace. Bedroom 2 offers a King bed, a spacious walk-in closet, and a spa-like en-suite bathroom. Bedroom 3 features a Queen bed and shares a Jack-and-Jill bathroom. The third floor includes a third living area with a kitchenette and TV, Bedroom 4 with a King bed and en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and Bedroom 5 with a King bed and access to a shared hallway bathroom. A massive wraparound balcony on the third floor offers ample patio seating. A six-passenger golf cart is included for guests aged 25+ to enjoy cruising around. Guests have access to two community pools. Parking is available for up to 2 vehicles and the complimentary golf cart. For families, a pack & play, high chair, and plastic dishes/cups/silverware are provided. This property is pet-friendly, allowing up to 2 house-trained dogs with a required $200 non-refundable pet fee due before check-in. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from the pet fee. This home is nestled between Highway 98 and Scenic Highway 98, offering easy access to Destin and Miramar Beach attractions. It's conveniently located near shopping, dining, and entertainment, with Destin Commons just 3 miles away and Silver Sands Premium Outlets 2.5 miles away. Enjoy a short walk (less than half a mile) to the gated beach access exclusive to the community, with several public beach access points also nearby and reachable by golf cart. Quiet hours are observed between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. Early check-in and late check-out may be possible upon request. Luggage cannot be left at the property before check-in or after check-out. Mail cannot be shipped to the property. Guests must be 25 years or older to book, and no student groups or guests under 25 are permitted without a parent or guardian present. Drivers using the golf cart must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage; a waiver is required. Only registered guests are allowed on the property.
