Enjoy waterfront views at Safety Harbor Marina. Bike or stroll along the scenic Safety Harbor Bayshore Trail. Visit the peaceful Safety Harbor Pier. Dine at local favorites like Bar Fly Safety Harbor, Gigglewaters, and Marker 39 Floribbean Cuisine. Sip craft beer at Crooked Thumb Brewery. Kayak or paddleboard Tampa Bay with nearby rentals. Take easy day trips to Clearwater Beach, Dunedin, Tampa, or St. Pete. The booking guest must be at least 25 years of age to check-in and security will request an ID upon arrival. Check-in time is 4 pm EST and checkout time is 11 am EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. Pets are not allowed and unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, whether by observation or smell, a $250 penalty will be charged. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation may be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property and a violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Quiet time is between 10 pm and 8 am daily. All transactions, including refunds, will incur a 3.7% processing fee applied by the payment processor and this fee is not refundable. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. [SI]
