The entry living room is 11X17'4" The Kitchen averages 9' x 22' There is one bedroom on the main floor which measures 10x10 The first bedroom on the lower floor measures 8'2"X10x6" and has a closet. The middle bedroom on the lower floor measure 10 X 10'10" and has a 2X8 closet. The end bedroom on the lower floor measures 10'6" X 15'6X and has a closet across the back wall. There is a small single room property in back rented separately. No pets are allowed. This property sits well off the street and has a shared private drive. The home is located on the edge of Athens and the back side has trees and sloping land.
