The beautiful, well-equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, pots and pans, range, oven, microwave, and refrigerator. A humongous deck is accessed off the 2nd floor and comes complete with patio furniture and a small propane grill. The two bedrooms feature king-size beds. The lower level includes a rec room with a new pool table and wood stove, a third bedroom with a queen-size bed, a half bathroom, and a huge laundry room with a washer and dryer. Two small bonus beds for little ones are available at no extra charge, with the smaller bed suitable for ages 4 and under, and a slightly larger bunk bed downstairs. Guests are required to complete a check-in form and provide a valid government-issued photo ID to finalize their reservation. This home is a short 15-minute drive to Salt Creek Recreation Area for sandy beaches, picnics, kayaking, and tidepooling. It's also less than 30 minutes from Lake Crescent for waterfall trails and lake kayaking, and approximately 40 minutes from Olympic National Park. The Olympic Discovery Trail is about 18 minutes away, offering opportunities for biking, horseback riding, or walking. No pets, no smoking, and no fireworks or events are allowed. Guests are required to complete a check-in form provided by Brigadoon Vacation Rentals as a mandatory step to finalize their reservation. A valid government-issued photo ID must be attached to the form. Check-in is between 4 PM and 7 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Unauthorized pets will incur a $500.00 additional cleaning fee and may result in eviction. Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the property and may result in a $300.00 smoke removal fee. There is a no parties policy, and additional guests beyond what was agreed upon are not permitted. Personal mail delivery to the property is not permitted. If a rental becomes unavailable and a replacement cannot be found, a full refund will be provided. Internet connection may be weak at times in rural areas, and refunds will not be issued for lack of internet. The landlord is unable to guarantee reliability or performance of the internet. For short-term stays, there is no guarantee a technician can be scheduled in a timely fashion. If connectivity is urgent, bring back-up options such as a hotspot. A discount of 10% off for 6-9 nights and 15% off for 10 nights or more will automatically apply at booking. For longer stays between 21-28 nights, a mid-stay cleaning will be provided free of charge, and an additional $260 non-refundable fee will be applied to cover up to $3,000 in damage insurance.
