Explore the Skagit Valley Tulip Festival in the spring or visit Skagit Valley wineries and hiking trails, which are 15–25 minutes away. This is a wilderness retreat, and wild animals may be present. There is limited electricity for high-power appliances. Internet is available via Starlink, and cell signal varies by carrier. This is a smoke-free, vaping-free, and drug-free environment. If any smoking, vaping, or drugs are detected either within the home or outside on the property, the reservation will be terminated as non-refundable, all guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately, and compensation will be sought for any damages that are found upon inspection of the property. Pets are not allowed in this rental unit, and guests will be responsible for paying for any and all damages caused by their unauthorized pet(s). No parties or events are allowed. If this rule is not followed, then the reservation will be terminated as non-refundable, all guests will be required to vacate the premises immediately, and compensation will be sought for any damages that are found upon inspection of the property. If guests leave the home in a condition that requires a deep cleaning, excessive laundry, or violate any of the house rules, a fine of up to $500 will be charged.
