This comfortable retreat sleeps up to 6 guests and features a king suite, two queen bedrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. Beds are premade prior to arrival, and a luxury linen package is included. This is a pet-friendly property with an applicable pet fee. Guests have access to the entire condominium and designated parking areas. Please note that this property does not include access to any community pools. Located less than 10 minutes from Pawleys Island beaches, dining, shopping, and attractions, this condo is the perfect home base for golfers, families, and friends. Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Guests under 25 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible parent or guardian for the duration of the stay. No smoking anywhere on the premises, and no parties or events are allowed. A $500.00 fee will be charged for smoking violations. Long-term reservations exceeding 14 days are not permitted. Motorcycles, moped motorized bikes, ATVs, go-carts, motorized scooters, jet skis and similar motorized vehicles are prohibited in most gated amenity communities. Campers, trailers, or any other live-in moving vehicle are also prohibited. Motor vehicles are not allowed on the beaches of any of our local communities. For DeBordieu Colony, guests towing a boat must obtain a temporary boat decal and pay the appropriate seasonal fees. For DeBordieu Colony, golf carts must be battery/electric powered. Operators must be at least 16 years of age, have a valid driver's license and obey all S.C. traffic regulations. Operation is limited to daylight hours. Items left in home will be mailed upon request for a fee of $15.00, plus the cost of postage. Items not claimed after thirty days are donated to a local charity. No repairs, cleaning, washing or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property. Public walkways are clearly marked. Do not trespass through private property. No refunds, discounts or transfers will be made for noise, obstruction of view or any other nuisance caused by construction activity. [SI]
