No smoking, vaping, or illegal drugs are allowed in or on the property. If you damage furniture or any items in the property, you will be responsible for the cost of the damage or replacement. A Minut noise monitor system is located inside the property in the kitchen/living room. This smart home device measures volume levels throughout the property, it does not record anything, and allows the host to respond to noise nuisances in a timely manner to ensure quiet hours are being obeyed and to ensure that all neighbors are being respected.
