The fully screened heated pool makes it perfect for entertaining all year long. It sleeps up to 12 comfortably and features an open-concept floor plan with a large living area, kitchen island, and plenty of space for the whole crew. The first-floor master bedroom offers privacy and space. Accommodation staff speaks Portuguese, Spanish, Turkish, and English. This villa boasts a fully equipped kitchen and smart TVs in all bedrooms. The dining table seats 10, with additional seating for 4 at the kitchen bar. Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay, although washcloths are considered personal items and are not provided. A small charcoal grill is available free of charge upon request prior to arrival or on the day of arrival before 5 pm. Pool spa heating is available for a fee of $40 per day with a 2-day minimum. Pets are allowed upon request with a fee of $150 per pet, with a maximum of 2 pets allowed. If you need to outsource a propane gas grill or other gear, please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available at an extra cost. Windsor at Westside Resort is just 15 minutes from the entrance to Walt Disney World and features a resort clubhouse filled with amenities for active families, including multiple sports courts, children's playgrounds, and a resort-style swimming pool with a splash water park. The clubhouse is 0.8 miles from the house, a 10-minute walk or a 3-minute drive. Enjoy MargaritaVille Sunset Walk 5 minutes away or explore Oldtown Kissimmee for a variety of fun experiences. Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only, with the reserved parking space number matching the street address. If you have more than one vehicle, please use the designated parking spaces. No parties or loud activities are permitted. If guests are found to have had a party without host permission, which results in extra cleaning, guests will be responsible for extra cleaning charges. In the event of disruptions alerting neighbors, community patrols will contact the authorities and guests will be asked to vacate the property immediately. Valet trash pick-up is available with door-step collection beginning after 11 AM, 7 days a week. Please bag and tie all waste, as loose items are a safety hazard and will not be collected. Do not include needles or other sharp objects and please break down all cardboard boxes. Guests will check themselves into the villa using the digital lock with a keypad on the front door. Wi-Fi is available throughout the property.
