A 6-passenger golf cart is included for guests age 25+ to cruise around SanDestin. Pets are allowed with a required, non-refundable pet fee of $200 per pet, with a maximum of 2 house-trained dogs permitted. ADA-registered service animals are exempt from this fee. A pack and play, kids plastic dishes, cups, and silverware, a high chair, and baby stair gates are available for families. The property is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, providing a peaceful and private setting. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Smoking is not allowed in the home or screened-in porch. Events and parties are not permitted. Check-in is at 4:00 PM CST and check-out is at 10:00 AM CST. All drivers using the golf cart are required to fill out a waiver prior to arrival and must be 25 years or older with a valid license and current vehicle insurance coverage. No vehicles are to be parked on the street at any time. All windows & doors should remain closed when operating the A/C. Operating the A/C with the windows or doors open will automatically turn the A/C off. No flame burning grills of any kind can be used within 10 feet of the home's overhang or eave. Please move the grill out of reach of the overhang before using. Guests are expected to clean up after their pets. An additional $50 fee may apply for excess cleanup.
