Guests have private access to the entire home, including all living areas, kitchens, fireplaces, decks, hot tub, fire pit, and garage. Two-car garage parking is available, plus space for two more vehicles in the driveway. Located in a quiet, forested neighborhood just minutes from restaurants and trailheads, this home is 3.9 miles from Woodward Park City, 11 miles from Canyons, 15 miles from Deer Valley Resort, 14 miles from Historic Main Street, and 7.2 miles from Kimball Junction. Popular bike and hike trails can be accessed directly from the neighborhood. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is required during the winter season due to local conditions. No smoking or vaping is allowed on the premises. A $200 per day fee will be assessed for each day of the reservation if it is found that guests have been smoking or vaping on the premises. If the property is pet friendly, pets are allowed at the property at the cost of $10 per pet, per day. For unauthorized pets, a $250 fee will be assessed. Moving furniture is not allowed.
