The lower level game room offers a lounge seating area, a pool table, a poker table, and a Smart TV. The fully equipped kitchen is a chef's dream with modern appliances, spacious countertops, an island with seating for 5, and adjacent dining area seating for 10. It includes a microwave, oven, stove, toaster, blender, Keurig coffee maker, hot water kettle, double-door refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, and sink with hot and cold water, along with plates, glasses, silverware, and pots & pans.
