Recent pay stub must show year-to-date income that supports the 3x rent requirement •? If additional verification is needed, we may request a prior-year tax filing to confirm income consistency •? Self-employed applicants may be asked to provide two years of tax filings or 1099s •? Monthly income must be at least 3x the rent (bonuses, overtime, and child support not counted) •?
