We take the approach of being hands off on the property unless needed - we want you to feel like you have the home all to yourself! OTHER THINGS TO NOTE >Must be 25 years old to book >No parties >No events >No smoking inside >Quiet time after 10pm (includes loud voices/music) - Per city ordinance >No unauthorized guests other than those on the reservation >Pool Rules: No one under 10 years old at pool unless adult is present and must wear life preservers >Monthly rental November to March. This home is not available for a long term lease POOL HEATING >$125/day to heat the pool (full stay required) >It can take 1-2 days to heat the pool so we need advanced notice PETS >Not a pet friendly home >$250 fine if pets are brought into the home FIREPIT/GRILL >We try to keep our properties tanks full, but we aren't always sure. If you have to go fill the tank, please send us the receipt so we can reimburse you DEPOSIT >We may ask for a $250 deposit hold, or $500 for holidays LEFT BEHIND ITEMS >$20 service charge added to shipping cost TPT#21566375 VR#24-00158 CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEES Note: When making a reservation through our website or when using credit card payment there is a 4-6% credit card processing charge that is paid to Stripe (the credit card processing company). DAMAGE PROTECTION The extra charge listed as “Waivo Insurance” on your reservation covers accidental damage in the home within a certain limit. If something happens or breaks during your stay please let us know immediately so we can file a claim. Note: This amount only covers a 10 day or less stay. If you are staying longer than 10 days we will request the difference in amount for coverage. MARRIOTT GUESTS -- You are not charged a Waivo Fee. You will be asked to upload your credit card information to the reservation upon booking, this will act as the card on file (similar to hotels) in case any damages occur during your stay.
