Bolivar Beach parking stickers are available for those who wish to drive their own car or truck directly onto most stretches of the beach. Situated in a quiet pocket near the center of Crystal Beach, this house is a short walk or golf cart ride to the wide, flat sands the peninsula is known for. Enjoy the easy-going beach town atmosphere with slow-paced living, families enjoying the shore, and golf carts as a common mode of transport. Simple eateries, bait shops, and grocery stores are a short drive away along Highway 87. The neighborhood is quiet at night, offering a peaceful retreat. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Do not park under the house; use the driveway only. If a key is lost or you are locked out, you will be responsible for locksmith or re-key fees. Do not leave food sitting out to avoid pests. Keep the house reasonably clean. Report any accidental damage promptly. Keep noise down at night to respect neighbors. Do not move furniture. Grill only downstairs on the patio and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off with the downstairs shower and leave sandy shoes at the door or on the deck. Do not flush feminine products or grease down drains. Lock all doors when leaving the house. Guests asked to leave due to rule-breaking will not receive a refund.
