The garage hangout area includes a propane fire pit and space for outdoor games. Guests have the run of the place, with access to the entire house and its amenities. A grill is available for use downstairs on the patio. Guests can rent a golf cart for their stay to easily navigate the area and access the beach. Situated in a quiet pocket near the center of Crystal Beach, this home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the wide, flat sands the peninsula is known for. The neighborhood is an easy-going beach town where golf carts are a common mode of transport. Simple eateries, bait shops, and grocery stores are a short drive away along Highway 87. You can drive your car or truck onto most stretches of the beach with a parking sticker. There is no smoking anywhere on the property. No parties or events are allowed. Do not park under the house; use the driveway only. If a key is lost or you are locked out, you will be responsible for locksmith or re-key fees. Do not leave food sitting out to avoid pests. Keep the house reasonably clean. Report any accidental damage as soon as possible. Keep noise down at night. Do not move furniture. Grill only downstairs on the patio and clean the grill after use. Rinse sand off with the downstairs shower and leave sandy shoes at the door or on the deck. Do not flush feminine products or anything that could harm the septic system.
