The kitchen is equipped with stainless steel appliances, a dishwasher, a range and oven, a microwave, a double door fridge and freezer with ice and water dispenser, a drip coffee maker, wine and water glasses, and seasonings. Guests can bring up to 2 pets with a fee of $125 per pet per stay. Hernando Beach is a quiet, scenic coastal area with restaurants, parks, and charming waterfront views. It is close to Weeki Wachee Springs State Park, Weeki Wachee River, Rogers Park, Linda Pedersen Park, Pine Island Beach Park, and Bayport Park & Pier. Multiple tiki bars and waterfront restaurants are also nearby. A car is recommended for exploring nearby Weeki Wachee, Tampa, St. Petersburg, and other Gulf Coast beaches. Guests are responsible for refilling propane tanks during their stay. A digital rental agreement must be signed and completed prior to arrival, including providing a photocopy of a legal ID and a verification selfie. The booking guest must be at least 23 years of age to check-in. Check-in time is 4 PM EST and checkout time is 11 AM EST. Unauthorized late checkouts or early check-ins will result in a charge of $35 for every 30 minutes. If cleaners determine smoking has taken place, there is a $250 penalty. If smoking is observed during the course of an active stay, the reservation can be canceled without any refund and a $250 penalty will be charged. In the case of a lockout (except in the case of a lock dying due to batteries) there is a $125 fee for helping gain re-entry. If the lockout is outside regular business hours (Mon – Fri, 8 AM - 8 PM) the fee will be $200. Unless requested and approved in advance in writing, lethal weapons are not allowed on the property. A violation of this rule will result in immediate removal from the property along with no refund and a penalty of $250. Pet feces left behind will incur a penalty of $75 per incident. Unauthorized pets will incur a penalty of $400 per pet and possible cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without a refund. This is Florida, so the occasional pest is common. The local utility company has notified that they are performing work on the water and sewer lines in the area. Water will be shut off nightly from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM through February 6.
