The third floor offers a waterside bedroom with ensuite full bath, a versatile office with a magnificent stained-glass window. But the best part is a spectacular waterside rooftop deck where you can enjoy views of the inner harbor, perfect for relaxing or entertaining. On the ground floor there is additional space with a full kitchen, living area, full bath and waterside deck. Central air-conditioning on second and third floors. The Rocky Neck Art Colony has seasonal use of a small ground floor gallery separated by a shared wall. Embrace the creative atmosphere and comfort of this distinctive property. Don't miss the chance to live on the water and experience all that Gloucester has to offer. Dogs and cats OK with Landlord's prior approval. Water/sewer included up to $300/quarter.
