The lower level includes a Fitness Suite & Lounge, Luxury Therapeutic Spa Shower, laundry facilities, additional relaxation space, and indoor garage parking access. Stone Leaf Farm amenities include landscaped gardens, nature trails, water features, fire pit, gated entry, on-site parking, and seasonal pool access by reservation. Pet-friendly accommodations are available with approval. Standard 28-day furnished extended-stay rate: $3,600. Security deposit: $1,500. Utilities and furnishings are included. Optional amenities and applicable fees are disclosed in the rental agreement. Each stay is governed by a fixed-term written rental agreement for up to 28 consecutive days. The agreement ends on the stated departure date and does not convert to month-to-month tenancy. Additional stays require a new agreement and are subject to availability and approval.
