Pets are welcome with a fee of $90 per dog, with a maximum of 3 dogs allowed. Dogs discovered without prior notice or cats will incur a fine of $400. Located directly on Lake Windsor with a path to a private dock and kayaks, this home is just 2 miles from the OZ Trails Bike Park and miles of mountain biking and hiking trails. It's also 4 miles to Highlands Golf Course, 5 miles to Blowing Springs Park, 3.5 miles from Tanyard Creek Nature Trail, 3 miles to Mildred B. Copper Memorial Chapel, and 8 miles to Downtown Bentonville. Per Bella Vista POA rules, renters must complete a guest card listing each guest’s name to access amenities. A $30 processing fee is associated with this pass and must be paid prior to arrival. Please note that while the pass grants access to most recreational facilities, it is not an all-access free ticket, and amenities such as pools, lakes, fitness centers, tennis, and golf still require payment of applicable usage fees.
