With brand new renovations, appliances, and furniture, the unit is built to exceed expectations while providing an exceptional stay. Located just across the street from Orlando's nearest beach and minutes south of the Kennedy Space Center at the famed Space Coast, it's a perfect spot for couples, friends, or families who want to splash in the waves and see the sights on an unforgettable trip. Minutes from the bars and restaurants of Cocoa Beach, this apartment is here to maximize your travel experience. Located on the first floor of our 8-unit "aparthotel," Unit C includes one king bedroom, one queen bedroom, and a bright bathroom with a large walk-in shower. Each bedroom provides ample closet space to stow your belongings, while the bathroom includes a vanity with extra storage space in the closet adjacent to the door. The common areas offer amazing sunlight, highlighting beautiful features like chic vinyl flooring, playful decor, and brand new furniture and appliances, including a dishwasher. In the lounge area, you'll find plenty of seating including a reclining couch to kick back and stream your favorite show on the Smart TV, while the ocean-chic kitchen is fully stocked with a driftwood bar that provides seating for four. This unit is an ideal escape to take advantage of all the area has to offer. While we love all furry friends, only dogs are allowed at this property, with a fee of $100 per pet per stay. 400 South is a newly renovated, 8-unit "aparthotel" located just outside historic downtown Cocoa Beach. Situated on one of its popular local beachfront streets, you'll be in perfect proximity to the ocean, ideal for daytime beach sojourns or a romantic sandy sunset walk. It's a 5-minute walk to downtown, and just 50 steps to the beach from the front door! The surrounding neighborhood is beautiful, with a gated community directly across the street and million-dollar mansions all around. Located on A1A with Uber and Lyft being very prevalent in the area, the downtown area is within walking distance. To ensure a comfortable start to your stay, we provide an initial stock of essentials such as paper towels, toilet paper, tissues, coffee pods, creamer, sugar, light cleaning supplies, garbage bags, sponges, dish soap, and dishwasher tabs. If you need additional supplies during your stay, please plan to replenish them as needed. Mailbox access is not available for guests.
