Check-in begins at 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM. Parking is available for registered guests only. Golf carts are not provided with this property. Community pool access is available, subject to seasonal schedules, maintenance closures, and HOA regulations. No parties, events, or large gatherings are permitted. Smoking is prohibited inside the property. For security purposes, an exterior camera is located at the front door and monitors the entrance area only. Guests must comply with all HOA rules and community quiet hours during their stay. The minimum age to rent is 25. Guests may send and receive faxes, have photocopies made, and access wireless internet free of charge. Items left in the home can be mailed upon request for a fee of $15.00, plus the cost of postage. Items not claimed after thirty days are donated to a local charity. No repairs, cleaning, washing or maintenance to any vehicle shall be carried out on the rental property. Public walkways are clearly marked; do not trespass through private property. All properties are non-smoking homes and villas.
