The fully equipped kitchen includes everything needed to prepare meals, and the dining area offers plenty of space to gather. On-site parking is available with space for 5-6 vehicles in the driveway and additional room if needed. Garage parking is not available. Charcoal and lighter fluid for the charcoal grill are not provided. This home is ideally located just minutes from Bear Lake's beaches, marina, restaurants, and local attractions, offering easy access to year-round recreation. It is 3 miles from Pickleville Playhouse, 5 miles from Sweetwater Golf Course, and 2 miles from Bear Lake Marina & beaches. Any violation will result in a $200 per day fine. Approved pets incur a pet fee, and ADA-recognized Service Animals stay for free. Guests must clean up after their pet, with a $25 fee per instance of uncollected waste outdoors. Guests are responsible for professional cleaning costs for indoor "accidents" and the full cost of any property damage caused by pets. Early check-in/late check-out requests are subject to availability and a fee. Unauthorized late check-outs will be charged a fee.
