The open and airy sitting room is perfect for relaxing and conversing. The dining room, connected between the kitchen and sitting room, has seating for 6. The spacious living room features leather couches and a full murphy bed to sleep 2 additional guests. The master ensuite is furnished with a king-size bed, desk, and dresser with a full bathroom. There is also a guest bedroom with a queen-size bed, dresser, and closet that connects to the full bathroom. Enjoy the outdoor oasis that includes a pool with loungers and umbrellas, a large outdoor kitchen with a grill and sink, a fire pit, a covered patio with a conversation set and dining set, and a half bath. There is also a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Pool heat is available for $25 per day. One dog under 50 lbs can be accommodated with a $100 nonrefundable pet fee. Walk to local favorite spots such as Mojos Taco's, Llama, and Mellow Mushroom. Quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am per St. Johns County ordinance and are enforced. No parties or large group gatherings are permitted. There is an actively recording security camera installed at the front door of the home, and any attempt to remove, tamper, or disconnect the internet to Ring may result in the reservation being canceled and guests requested to vacate the premises. Do not move furniture, appliances, or décor from where you found it upon check-in, and outdoor furniture must be returned to its original positioning. Guests who stay past checkout time will be charged an additional fee of $50/hr. No vaping or smoking is allowed whatsoever on the property, including the front porch, and if evidence of smoking is found, you will be subject to an additional cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damages caused by a pet during their stay, and additional charges will apply if dog feces is not picked up and properly disposed of ($50 per pile).
