The slider is at the back of the condo, opposite your front door, and provides a great breeze through your unit in the warmer months. The entire condo has been professionally painted and has all new flooring. This includes a brand new plush, wall-to-wall carpet in the living room and bedroom, that makes the place very cozy. Another big difference with this unit is that it has all smooth ceilings. There are no popcorn or “cave like” ceilings in this unit. This gives it a more modern and larger feeling space. The space definitely feels larger than the listed square footage and for one person you truly have all the space/rooms you need for yourself and even to entertain. The full bathroom has a lot of upgrades with a new vanity, light fixture, new ceramic tile floor and easy to clean fiberglass shower.
