If any furniture is moved, please place it back in the original space where it was found. There are security cameras on the exterior of the property, and tampering with them is prohibited. Use of firearms and/or weaponry onsite is prohibited. In the event that you need to use the hard key, please place it back in the lockbox before departing; failure to return any keys used to the lockbox will result in a $50 replacement fee per key. This is a dark sky community, so please be sure to shut off any lights when they are not in use. The surrounding area is private and strictly off-limits to guests, and guests must remain within the property boundaries. For health, safety, and maintenance reasons, pets are strictly prohibited from entering the pool, and a $500 fine will be charged if this rule is violated. Please do not set the home's thermostat above 76 (heating) or below 68 (cooling). Please be mindful of your water use and help us make efforts to conserve. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 7 AM.
