The condo has four air-conditioning units (two recently purchased), plus ceiling fans to keep the air moving. One of the bedrooms has a desk area, and can be used as an office if needed; making remote work easy. This unit has two lanais: one in front that's spacious and equipped with a shoe rack, along with another one in the back with a peek-a-boo ocean view; close enough to hear the waves when its quiet. Outside, the building is surrounded by tropical plants that help keep the place shaded and private. The unit has two reserved parking spots and extra street parking. The complex also has security cameras, picnic tables, and a pool area that feels more like a little resort than a condo community. This unit comes with two dedicated, on-site parking spaces Pet Policy: One pet is allowed: a small dog (under 30 pounds) or an indoor cat.
