The individual making the reservation must be at least 21 years of age and must be one of the guests staying at the property. Only the number of guests indicated on the reservation are allowed to stay overnight on-premise. The number of vehicles on property should never exceed 2 per reservation. Guests are kindly requested to refrain from moving furniture; if minor adjustments are needed, furniture must be returned to its original position before checkout, or an additional fee may be charged. Please wipe shoes at the door and it is preferred that shoes are removed indoors. Please respect the neighborhood and neighbors, be considerate while socializing outdoors after 10 PM and before 8 AM, and keep excessive noise to a minimum during this time.
