Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay. Noise should be kept to a minimum, especially outside, with quiet hours observed from 10 PM to 8 AM. Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine. Smoking is not allowed inside the house, with a $500 fine for violation; smoking outside is permitted. Underage drinking, drug use, unauthorized guests, and the use of confetti, glitter, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces are strictly prohibited.
