All properties are absolutely no smoking of any kind, including cigarettes, cannabis, and vapes. You may smoke outside and well away from any doors or windows, and must clean up any debris. Any evidence of smoking will be automatically billed an additional cleaning fee. Guests are fully responsible for any damage, excessive cleaning, or disturbances caused by their pets during their stay. To book this property, the primary guest must be 25 years or older. The booking guest must personally occupy the property for the full stay and may not reserve on behalf of others.
