The Main house alone rents for $3500 + $500 for utilities. The Guest Wing is only available to those tenants that rent the main house and will be rented for $1500. Inside, you will find four comfortable bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, a fabulous chefs kitchen, and open living spaces perfect for gathering with family and friends. The living room features a cozy fireplace for cool island evenings, and a loft above serves as a fun sleep and play space for kids. The attached Guest Wing connects to the main house but has its own private entrance, offering two of the four bedrooms and one bathroom ideal for guests or extended family. A second outdoor shower, located next to the garage, adds a touch of island convenience after beach trips or hikes. The property is fully gated, with a remote-controlled entry and long driveway, providing privacy and peace.
