The home also has a front grass yard and side patio perfect for playing on or having a BBQ. There is plenty of parking and the neighbors are kind. The home is only 15 minutes from Hood River and 10 minutes from The Dalles; moreover Mayer SP is only a 3 minute drive! Rowena is in the Chenowith Elementary School zone, a school our children have loved, although Mosier Elementary is an option and an equal distance drive; about 8 minutes for either. Rent is $2100/mo with first and last due at signing, along with $1000 security deposit. Renters will be required to have these utilities: garbage service & electrical service. Renter's insurance will also be required. Pets, within reason, are fine but there will be an additional $500 security deposit. A rent-to-income ratio of no more than 40% will be required. We will conduct a background check and require a rental history. Smoking of any kind will not be allowed inside the house. We follow all fair housing laws.
