Nestled along the Connecticut River in East Haddam, this historic home enjoys a picturesque setting while being close to all that Moodus, East Haddam, and the surrounding towns have to offer. The area is known for its unique blend of restaurants, bars, and cultural attractions, making it a vibrant place to live while still enjoying the charm of a New England riverfront town. Enjoy the large, level backyard complete with a deck—perfect for entertaining or simply relaxing outdoors. Central air on main level only. No smoking, showings by appointment only. Fireplace is decorative only, not to be used by tenants. Tenants will not have access to garage. Tenant pays for oil heat & hot water, electricity and propane for stove.
