Recent upgrades include a new metal roof, new appliances, a five-year-old water heater and softener, and a professionally inspected electrical system, including a new outdoor outlet by the softener. The landlord is attentive and checks in regularly from Gainesville to ensure the property remains in good condition. This home is available for a 12-month lease. Upon lease signing, tenants are required to pay the first month's rent, last month's rent, and a security deposit equal to one month's rent. Tenants are responsible for electricity and, optionally, internet or cable. Water, trash, and septic services are included in the rent.
