No negative remarks, late payments, bankruptcies, nor creditor collection on credit history. No past eviction. No criminal, felony, nor substance record. Employment and rental history must be verifiable. Each adult occupant 18 and over needs to fill out a separate Zillow application and will be required to show and send a copy of a US government photo I.D. (e.g., a driver's license or other government issued photo identification card). Each applicant needs to provide: 1) criminal background check, credit report and score, and eviction report from Zillow. 2) previous two-year landlord references, 3) proof of income and employment for the two recent months (i.e., two recent months of complete bank statements and two recent months of paystubs), 4) the last year W-2 form, and 5) additional document for self-employed applicant, proof of having at least $10,000 of saving in the bank, i.e., two recent months of complete bank statements.
