There is absolutely no smoking inside the residence. Up to 2 pets are welcome with a refundable $350 deposit per pet, but all dog breeds must be approved by our insurance company (certain breeds are not covered). If you fall in love with the place, we would consider offering it on a Rent-to-Own option.
