The second bedroom has warm, natural lighting, and the second full-sized bathroom is just across the hall. The laundry room is located on the second floor as well. The condo association has a community pool available to use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This condo is easily within walking distance of both the charming towns of Saugatuck and Douglas, MI. Saugatuck is home to America's only remaining chain ferry. Take the chain ferry across the lake and climb the 303 wooden steps at Mt Baldhead. Sand Dunes lead you to Oval Beach, which is known around the world for its beautiful shoreline and rolling dunes. Docks are not accessible for renters. Fireworks are prohibited. No parking of trailers or boats. Quiet hours are between 10 PM and 8 AM. Please do not rearrange the furniture. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed in between every reservation. The code is only active during the times of the reservation and early and late check-outs can be accommodated upon request, if available.
