The second bedroom has a queen-size bed and wonderful warm, natural lighting, and the second full-sized bathroom is just across the hall. The laundry room is located on the second floor as well. The condo association has a seasonal community pool available to use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. This condo is easily within walking distance of both the charming towns of Saugatuck and Douglas, MI. Saugatuck is home to America's only remaining chain ferry. Take the chain ferry across the lake and climb the 303 wooden steps at Mt Baldhead. Sand Dunes lead you to Oval Beach, which is known around the world for its beautiful shoreline and rolling dunes. A cruise on the Star of Saugatuck will be a family and crowd favorite, admiring all the beautiful homes and amazing views Lake Michigan has to offer. Other nearby attractions include beaches, biking, hiking, boating, and shopping. It is 0.6 miles to downtown Douglas, 0.6 miles to downtown Saugatuck, 1.9 miles to Douglas Beach, 2.4 miles to Saugatuck Dune Rides, 2.9 miles to Oval Beach, 2.9 miles to Mt Baldhead Park, 8.7 miles to Fenn Valley Winery, 11.7 miles to downtown Holland and 19.7 miles to downtown South Haven and 32 miles to Bittersweet Ski Resort. This is a self-check-in property with a coded door code that gets changed between every reservation.
