No modifications such as painting, flooring, etc to be done without notifying owner first. One year lease, then month to month. NO sub-leasing of rooms allowed. Security deposit of $3000 is required to move in. All adult applicants on the lease will need to apply via Rentspree application website. The cost is $49 for each applicant.
